1. Digital Products Non-Refundable / المنتجات الرقمية غير قابلة للاسترجاع
Due to the nature of digital products (such as e-books, guides, planners, and templates), all sales are final. Once the product is downloaded or the delivery link is sent, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

2. Exceptions / الاستثناءات
Refunds or replacements are only issued if there is a technical defect in the file itself that prevents it from opening or functioning properly, and our support team is unable to fix it.
